Next Movie In Hunger Games Series Out This Friday
November 20, 2014
The much awaited movie “Mockingjay Part 1” comes out Friday 11/21/14.
Mockingjay is the third book in the Hunger Games series and the next to last movie scheduled to come out for this series.
The movie is expected to be one of the most popular films of the year and directors are hoping to make more money than both The Hunger Games and Catching fire combined.
The series “The Hunger Games” originally came from the book series written by Suzanne Collins. It follows a young heroine named Katniss Everdeen as she accidentally starts an entire revolution.
Katniss takes her sister’s place in the Hunger Games, a competition in which all but one competitor dies by the end, trying to protect her family from losing any more loved ones after her father suffers a tragic death in the coal mines.
Along the way Katniss makes friends and tricks the system into letting her and her love interest and partner in the games, Peeta Melark live. The president becomes so angry at her survival that the next year he sends her and Melark back into the games, this time with full intention to kill them both.
Catching Fire takes place in the second games that Katniss and her group compete in and it depicts the story of how she ended the games once and for all. By the end of it, although Katniss has ended the games she discovers that she has started a war.
In Mockingjay we follow Katniss as she travels to District 13 after blowing up and ending the hunger games forever. The revolution is in full swing and no one is safe from the murderous wrath of the President.
In District 13 Katniss faces all new problems such as trying to choose between her two love interests, Gale and Peeta, as well as trying to protect her family and find her lost and captured friends.
Throughout every page of Mockingjay there are twists and turns that leave fans and readers on the edge of their seats and the end of their wits attempting to figure out what will happen next.
